The GST Training Centre is opening applications for a limited intake of aspiring fitters ready to build a future in the mining industry. This is not a traditional course — it’s a fully sponsored apprenticeship designed to give you real, hands-on experience on live production floors, working alongside industry professionals and real mining machinery from day one.

Over three years, you will develop the skills, discipline, and technical expertise required to become a qualified fitter, while earning a basic training allowance as you learn. With only 20 positions available, we are looking for motivated individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in mining and engineering.
